附：杜敏教授简介

杜敏, 男，美国爱荷华州立大学博士，加拿大阿尔伯塔大学博士后。现任美国华盛顿州立大学动物科学系教授、营养与肉质研究方向带头人。受聘为中国农业科学院动物营养与饲料研究所兼职教授，中国农业大学食品科学学院兼职教授。研究领域集中反刍动物母体效应与后代发育关系、母体营养调控、营养与肉质。发表学术论文150余篇，外文论著3部。现兼任Journal of Animal Science副主编，Journal of Stem Cell Research & Therapy副主编, Meat science, Journal of Muscle Foods 和Anatomy & Physiology等编委。
